Most of the time web developers and designers struggle too much to optimize their code to speed up the web page load. They often ignore this simple trick which will boost page loads by up to 3 times. It is Apache’s Gzip compression technology which compresses web page during a page delivery to client. Though it is not all in one way to boost the speed of your website, it does its job.
- Step 1: Login to cPanel
- Step 2: Go to “Optimize Website” as shown below:
- Step 3: Select “Compress All Content”
- Step 4: Click “Update Settings”
